Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and courier services. As live plant materials are sensitive, some changes in condition during transit may occur.

All sales at Javaniska Elflora are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please read our Refund and Return Policy.

Order cancellations are also not permitted after confirmation, as each order is immediately processed for preparation, sourcing, and export handling.

This includes situations related to shipping conditions, import clearance issues, or changes in plant condition after dispatch.
