1. Our Approach

At Javaniska Elflora, we work with live plants and seeds, which are natural and sensitive products. Because of this, all orders are handled carefully and prepared specifically for each customer.


2. Returns & Refunds

We kindly inform you that we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed. This applies to all situations, including shipping issues, plant condition changes, or availability of species, as all items are treated as pre-orders.


3. Import Regulations

Import requirements vary from country to country. We encourage all customers to review their local regulations before placing an order.

While we are happy to assist with general export information, compliance with import laws is the customer’s responsibility. We are not able to take responsibility for any customs-related issues such as delays, rejection, or confiscation.


4. Plant Care Responsibility

Once plants arrive, their condition depends on handling and care. For this reason, we are unable to offer replacements for plants affected after delivery.


5. Re-shipping

If a shipment needs to be sent again, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to any replacement arrangements, if agreed upon.


6. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, we recommend contacting us first via WhatsApp or email.

For cancellations made after an order is placed without prior confirmation, we are able to refund 50% of the total payment.


7. Final Note
